1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Items must be requested for exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
- Exchanges are only available for items of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
2. Exchange Process

with your order details. - Our team will review your request and provide exchange authorization along with return instructions.
- Return the product in its original condition and packaging.
- After inspection and approval, your replacement item will be shipped.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Once verified, Aumi 4 will arrange a replacement and cover the return shipping costs at no additional charge.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Clearance or final-sale products.
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to customer misuse.
